Retirement

March leek and arugula

Plans for most days in the next month:

Garden/Forage

Bird Watching

Exercise

Prep and eat healthy food

Read

House Finch in yard

Other plans, not necessarily every day:

Travel planning and prep

Family,  friends,  church

Various computer chores, about 2 hours per day so it doesn’t build up.  No more than 4 hours in a day!!!

Games on my phone, primarily Catan: Seafarers

Blog

Overwintered Salad Greens

I am probably overly ambitious in all of the above categories.   For example,  I currently have seven books checked out of the library (3 fiction, 4 non-fiction) and another 7 on hold.   And we are leaving for Alaska in 3.5 weeks!

Peas are coming up! New Life…

One year ago we were at Jasper National Park in Canada about halfway through our drive to Alaska.  Check it out: https://roaming-nature.com/2023/03/09/day-eight-jasper-national-park/

    1. If I were just reading, I could get all 14 finished, no problem. However, with everything else I hope to accomplish and enjoy, I think I went overboard! It’s a good problem to have 🙂
