The Max/Min thermometer outside isn’t working. It will be interesting to see what temperature it registers if/when it thaws out. Perhaps the cold killed the batteries & I will never know how low it got last night. It was around zero when I went to bed.

Inside I have the Toyo oil heater cranked up to 72F and bread is rising slowly. This Rhodes bakeNserve frozen dough is supposed to go into a loaf pan, but I have been making do with a cast iron skillet. Charlie will probably eat half the loaf when he gets home from Las Vegas this afternoon.
